Customizable screening/intake forms, mobile use, export to any or all excel/docx/pdf/cap60/HMIS Modular design, simple, like add/remove fields, add brand, move fields around, etc. I'm picturing an Outreach team using it in the field, or a disaster response team grabbing people's info for recovery services. Build it once, make it customizable to any need or organization, sell it everywhere.
Service lookup system - CoC wide, organizations can login, update what services the org provides, eligibility criteria, how and where to connect with the service, etc. Or this can be done by an Outreach team as an internal system for tracking and connecting people to services. Keyword search function, etc. Our Outreach team tries to connect people to all the orgs in the CoC. But people gotta learn what all there is so they can take them there or make referrals. There is a referral platform called UniteUs that has been adopted by much of our CoC - might be worth researching.
